Revenue Mastery: Boost Practice Profits by Managing Key Details
Unlike other businesses, medical practices can't always scale up to increase revenues, and raising prices is often not an option, either. Practice managers must become very savvy about capturing every penny their businesses are capable of producing, since they typically can't turn to restructuring provider roles or adding new lines of business to bolster revenue and profitability.
But there's good news, too: small changes in a medical practice's business-side operations can often add up to big improvements to the bottom line. Every practice has at least a few inefficiencies that deplete its revenues -- revenue leaks -- and they can be hard to spot. Significant revenue can be captured again and again -- immediately boosting profitability -- when these small inefficiencies are repaired and when details that might slip by unnoticed are better managed.
Mastering the details that affect revenue gives your practice the foundation to be profitable and thrive! Learn how in this step-by-step course, which enables experienced managers to take their practices up a notch, and helps well-run practices become among the very best at generating and capturing all the value they're capable of creating.
